Recently moved to the area and needed a network guy pretty quickly to setup multiple computers and printers for our home based business. We found Frank on Google and he said he could come right over. To our surprise he showed up within like 20 minutes…best service, incredibly trustworthy, super knowledgeable…he fixed every issue we had and got our entire operation up and running within the hour he was there. He is a machine and doesn’t waste time! He is definitely someone I would recommend for any computer fix or networking issue. He will now be on our speed dial for sure.

Love Frank, he is the best IT person I have ever used by far!!! He was able to take apart my external hard drive that was dead and got my info out of it. He is quick, smart, reliable, honest and funny. He also gave me options so it fit our budget which I really appreciate. Call Frank if you want the job done right and with a smile !! Danielle & Mike.

I cannot say enough just how great my experience was dealing with Frank. He walked me through most of the steps on the phone and logged into my computer remotely and took care of all my issues without charging me a dime. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful I would highly recommend using him any time. Thanks again

Frank was professional and diligent in making sure our entire home had coverage. We're running a business and school for our little ones and we needed to ensure that our Internet was stable. Frank exceeded our expectations gave us the latest equipment and access to manage our devices. Definitely a game changer - our home is now fully covered with Internet and secured. Frank came over on a day's notice and connected a Nest Mesh wifi system to my current (slow) Spectrum wifi. The Spectrum did not have enough "reach" to connect four Ring Video Cameras around the property. Thanks to one hour with Frank I now have faster internet which covers all the property. He is my new go-to guy for computer issues.

I have been taking Computers and laptops to Frank for 10 years. I tried one other Computer repair place before and was lied to and they kept my laptop for 3 weeks only to tell me It could not be fixed and they would sell me a new one. I took the same laptop to Frank, within days he had it fixed like new. My Network has been upgraded and works flawless. He even installed Big Screens throughout my House. I tell all my friends to go to see Frank.

Recently had a computer issue where my computer’s hard drive failed miserably and I thought I had lost everything. Thankfully Frank was there to help me out. Fast service and incredibly accommodating with my schedule, Frank was able to recover all the important documents, pictures, and files I thought I had lost. Not only that, but he is kind to animals as well… when I met him he didn’t crush a preying mantis that had landed in his driveway… after I had informed him what a cool insect it was. Anyway, Frank is the man you want to see if your computer breaks down and you think you may have lost any files you would have rather kept. Excellent and friendly service and within a few days I had my files back. Great job and thanks Frank.

Fast and Convenient I had been out of wireless internet for over a week and new to Lakewood. I had called another company for help 3 times with no luck! It was nice to finally get the problem solved and quick.. Thanks
